a. Approve additional $10,000.00 to complete north parking lot for additional grading and asphalt in order to maintain a proper slope for drainage.

b. Approve funding not to exceed $20,000.00 for additional bleachers east of the crow’s nest.

a. Approval of 2010 Fair Contracts

b. Approve adding Air Conditioning to the Open Class Building not to exceed $10,000.00.

c. Approval of an events timer and display for $3000.00.

9. 4-H Report

a. Kathy Mann from Luv A Lamb & True Buddy Therapeutic Sheep Program wants to give a presentation of her show for the fair.
