1. Roll Call: D. Finney, C. Heinert, J. Jansen, J. Percifield, J. Smisek, M. Simmons, M. Sedlacek, C.

Nolte, D. Stoecklein, R. Jansen & V. Radke; Absent S. Heitman Meeting called to order by R.

Jansen at 8:02 pm

2. Proof of Publication: Presented by Stoecklein

3. Public meeting notice and proof of Public Meeting Laws. Posted on Office Wall.

4. Approval of minutes of June 28th 2010 meeting: Motion by Percifield to approve the Minutes

and second by M. Simmons; motion carried; J. Jansen, R. Jansen abstained; V. Radke was absent

at this time.

5. Treasures Report and approval of payment of bills: Finney presented the report. Motion by

Percifield to approve the Treasures report and pay $275.00 for Mudd Jacking of stoop on west

side of office and second by Nolte. Motion carried.

6. Property Managers Report; nothing to report

7. Old Business: none

8. New Business

a. Approval of 2010 Fair Contracts: none

b. Review schedule work days. Mondays after the fair. During the fair. Sarpy County Chamber

‘Businees after hours’ meeting in the Beer Garden 4pm – 6pm Wednesday 8-4-10. All chair

persons are ready for fair. Thank You from District 2 Fair Managers meeting.

c. Make a schedule for lunch details. Mary Ann to handle

d. State Fair Banner to be present during fair, returned by Nolte & R. Jansen.

e. No Parking on North side of office during the fair

f. Maybe shuttle people from South Lot.

9. 4-H Report: Vern thanked everyone for all their work. Set-up for Horse show this weekend.

10. Communication from the public: Beer garden was a concern of the Bar owners in town.

A Motion to move into Executive Session was made by V. Radke and second by Percifield. Motion

carried and moved into executive session. Motion by Percifield and second by Heinert to leave

Executive meeting; motion carried.

11. Adjourn: Motion to adjourn by J. Jansen and second by C. Nolte. Motion carried meeting adjourned

at 8:55pm
