1. Roll Call: Called to order by Jansen @ 8:04 pm Heitman, Finney, Stoecklein, Percifield, Radke, Smisek, Simmons, Sedlacek, Heinert, Nolte, Rich Jansen, Jim Jansen

2. Proof of Publication, Presented by Heitman

3. Public meeting notice and proof of Public Meeting Laws. Posted on South Wall

4. Approval of minutes of July 26th 2010 meeting: Motion by Nolte to approve July minutes, Second by Radke CARRIED

a. Treasures Report and approval of payment of bills. As of 7-30-10 the Savings Account balance is $53,031.06 & the checking account balance is $30,315.59. Bills for approval Casey’s General Store (fuel) $254.24, Dakota Fence (fence repair) $450.00, Kersten Trucking (Asphalt Grindings) $909.11, Chad Nolte (harrow tines) $354.46. 2010 Commercial Booth Deposits total $17,475.00 and Donations total is $12,650.00. Radke reviewed the checking account and found it to be in order. Deposited County Deposit of $44,612.00. Motion by Nolte to pay all bills Second by Simmons CARRIED

b. Reschedule September meeting to September 13th for the Budget Hearing Proposal. Budget Hearing at 7:30 pm and Regular Monthly is meeting at 8:00 pm. Motion by Finney to move the September meeting to September 13th. Second by Stoecklein CARRIED

5. Property Managers Report: August Rentals, 18th Rick Grubach (auction), 28th Amanda Ansbach (wedding reception) September Rentals, 1 Rick Grubach (auction), 19th Don Peterson (auction), Sept 30th thru Oct 3rd Buddy Wheet (Art Show). September 19th Antique Tractor Pull in south lot.

a. Approval of 2011 Fair Contracts: DDOT $1200.00, Sam’s Amusements 25% of the gross received on rides. Armbands raised from $15.00 to $18.00, $500.00 cap on committee dinner. Motion by Simmons to approve the contract as presented, Second by Radke.

b. 2010 Fair Reports

i. Barb Mills to report on Open Class, Thanks for AC. 308 participants receiving premiums,

c. Discuss need for forklift and approve limit of purchase. Chad Nolte to get quotes for a forklift.

d. Discuss personnel (Executive Session) tabled to end of meeting.

10. Motion by Radke to move into Executive Session Second by Simmons at 8:45 pm. Motion by Radke to move out of executive session at 9:13 pm. Second by Sedlacek.
