1. Roll Call, Meeting called to order by Rich Jansen at 7:35 pm Heitman, Finney, Radke, Jansen Jim, Stoecklein, Percifield, Smisek, Sedlacek, Heinert, Rich Jansen, Simmons, Nolte

2. Proof of Publication. Presented by Scott Heitman

3. Public meeting notice and proof of Public Meeting Laws. Noted by Jansen on the south wall.

4. Public Hearing, 2010-2011 Fiscal Year Budget. Presented by Dough Kozeny of Larsen & Associates, Inc. The total amount of the personal and real property tax required for bonds in the amount of $125,850.01.

5. Set tax levy for 2010-2011 Fiscal Year and approve budget. Motion by Heitman to accept the recommendation by Larsen and Associates to accept the 2010-2011 Fiscal Year Budget and Tax Levy and approve an additional 1%. The amount requested will be $125,850.01. Second by Stoecklein Voting yes : Heitman, Finney, Percifield, Stoecklein, Nolte, Radke, Jim Jansen, Simmons, Sedlacek, Rich Jansen, Heinert, Smisek
