1. Roll Call, Present Heitman, Finney, Stoecklein, Percifield, Smisek, Matt Simmons, Matt Sedlacek, Chad Heinert, Chad Nolte Rich Jansen, Radke & Jim Jansen Absent  

2. Proof of Publication. Presented by Heitman  

3. Public meeting notice and proof of Public Meeting Laws. Noted by Rich Jansen on the office wall.  

4. Approval of minutes of September 13th 2010 meeting. Percifield made a motion to approve the September minutes. Second Matt Simmons. Carried  

5. Treasures Report and approval of payment of bills. Savings account balance of 9-30-10 is $98,068.73 and checking account balance is $14,466.98. Bills for approval Casey’s $75.00 fuel, Louisville Hardware $177.56 bldg mops, Doug Kozeny & Associates $650.00 General Budget Preparation, David Finney $89.05 postage, Larry Nolte $2456.00 replacement of water lines west of arena, Amy Green $324.12 for landscaping, Louie Post $100.00 winterizing bathrooms. Commercial booth deposits for 2010 $17,700.00 to date, $13,232.33 for 2009. Donations total is $16,900.00 for 2010 and $11350.00 for 2009. Matt Simmons reviewed the checks and found them to be in order. Chad Nolte made a motion to approve the treasures report and pay the bills. Second by Stoecklein. Carried  

6. Property Managers Report. Louie reported 4-H Bldg rental 11-14-10 for Don Petersen Auction.  

a. Chad Krapp requests the livestock building for June 18th 2011 for a pig show. Percy made a motion for a $200.00 fee for the livestock building and waives the fee for the restrooms. Second by Matt Simmons. Carried

b. Sarpy County FOP Union Lodge #3 request the rental fee be waived for a Christmas holiday on Sunday December 5th, 2010. Chad Nolte made a motion to approve $200.00 fee plus deposit. Percifield Second. Carried Abstain Simmons, No vote by Stoecklein

a. Approval of 2011 Fair Contracts. Gabriel’s Pedaling Angels for the Children’s Pedal Pull for $410.00 Motion by Finney to approve. Second by Nolte Carried

b. Declare nominations for director 2011-2013 term. Rick Knott, Rich Jansen, Jim Jansen, Chad Nolte & Vicki Radke

c. Discuss date and location for December Annual Dinner. Stoecklein suggested Catfish Lake Dec 20th at 6pm.  

9. 4-H Report Monte Stauffer is meeting with people to get suggestions to make things better. Rick Knott would like some drop cords in the middle of the livestock building.
