1. Roll Call. Matt Sedlacek, Chad Heinert, Jim Percifield, Dave Stoecklein, Vicki Radke, Scott Heitman, Rich Jansen, Dave Finney, Jim Jansen, Chad Nolte, Joe Smisek

2. Proof of Publication. Presented by Heitman

3. Public meeting notice and proof of Public Meeting Laws. Noted on the office wall

4. Approval of minutes of October 25th 2010 meeting. Jim Percifield approved the October minutes. Second by Simmons Carried

5. Treasures Report and approval of payment of bills. Finney reported as of 10-20-2010 Savings account balance is $98,088.21, Checking account balance of $10,924.22, Bills for approval Bennington Equipment for chain saw cases $73.85, David Finney for office supplies $127.61, Jason Westphal for website maintenance $750.00, Omaha Advertising for Annual website updates, $437.50, Mary Ann Jansen for postage $44.00. Chad Nolte made a motion to approve treasures report Second by Stoecklein Motion by Chad Nolte to approve monthly bills for the new fiscal year to include the following: Casey’s, City of Springfield, OPPD, MUD, Qwest, DEX, Omaha World Herald, Sterrett Brothers, Deep roots Design & Lawncare, Property Manager, Treasure, and Secretary. Second by Simmons Carried Also noted: Commercial Booths Deposits total $350.00 to date vs. $17700.00 in 2010. Donations total $0.00 to date vs. $16,900.00 in 2010.

6. Property Managers Report. Dec 5th Auction, Dec 12 Auction, Jan 23rd Auction, Feb 27th auction. 14 rentals for next year

7. Old Business

a. Approve changing December meeting to Dec 20th @ 6pm at Catfish Lake & Restaurant 1006 Cunningham Rd Bellevue NE 68005. Motion by Finney to approve moving the meeting Second by Stoecklein Carried

8. New Business

a. Approval of 2011 Fair Contracts. 96.9 KX advertising for $840.00 Motion by Radke to approve the KX contract Second by Radke Carried

9. 4-H Report. Monte Stauffer

10. Communication from the public. Russ Zeeb would like to see new bathrooms improved.
