1. Roll Call: Matt Simmons, Chad Nolte, Jim Jansen, Dave Finney, Rich Jansen, Scott Heitman, Vicki Radke, Jim Percifield, Chad Heinert, Dave Stoecklein, Matt Sedlacek, Joe Smisek

2. Proof of Publication. Presented by Scott Heitman

3. Public meeting notice and proof of Public Meeting Laws. Noted by President Jansen that it’s posted on the fair office wall.

4. Approval of minutes of November 23rd 2009 annual meeting. Motion by Larry Timm to approve the 2009 minutes, Second by Percifield.

5. Rich Jansen called three times for any directors wanting to be placed on the ballot. No one called. Louie Post made a motion to close nominations Second Dan Post

6. Treasures Report and approval of payment of bills. Dave Finney reported the following. Revenue $151,496.25, Event Expenses $73,081.92, Other Expenses (4-H $14,489.00, Free Entertainment $6380.79, Open Class $6544.37, Parking $1305.13,Animal Scramble $5336.00, Advertising $18,614.02, General Maintenance $5419.09, ATV Rodeo 106.22) Total Other Expenses $58,194.62. Total P/L $20,219.71 Motion by Joe Smisek to approve the treasure report Second by Matt Simmons.

7. President’s Report: Dave Stoecklein said we are going to add a bathroom between the 4-H and Commercial building. Remodel 4-H buildings & south bathrooms. Rich Jansen reported the fair went smooth and the weather was very hot.

10. Communication from the public. Larry Timm thanked everyone for their hard work. Clarence Keys has commented how it has grown year after year. Cheryl Timm noted we have a very clean fair and free admission really helps our attendance.

11. Election of Directors. Persons running for director are Rich Jansen 121, Jim Jansen 115, Chad Nolte 92, Vicki Radke 43 & Rick Knott 105. Rich Jansen made a motion to destroy the ballots Second by Monte Stauffer
