2. Proof of Publication. Presented by Heitman

3. Public meeting notice and proof of Public Meeting Laws. Noted by Rich Jansen it’s posted on the south wall.

4. Approval of minutes of December 20th 2010 meeting. Motion by Simmons to approve Second by Percifield Carried

5. Treasures Report and approval of payment of bills. Checking Account $8510.67 Savings Account $98130.54. Bills Doug Kozeny and Associates for tax preparation fee $600.00, Enterprise Locksmith for 4-H building keys $38.52, David Finney for postage and office supplies $75.80, Secretary of State for nonprofit biennial report $20.00, Scott Heitman NAFM Convention Registration$722.00 and NAFM annual dues $150.00, T&L Lawn for snow removal $125.00, K&K House of Trophies & Sports for outstanding service award for Vicki Radke $33.97. Board of Directors for NAFM convention expenses. Motion by Nolte to approve payment of the bills Second by Percifield Carried

6. Property Managers Report
• Jen Gydesen, Gretna Elementary School. Traci Headican from Thomas Elementary wants to rent fairgrounds for $500.00 Gretna K-5 Carnival. Motion by Finney to approve a 50% reduction in price at $1300.00 Second by Stoecklein Carried
• Kevin Keyes. Would like to rent the Livestock Barn on June 10th, 2011 for the Nebraska Junior Angus Association. Request for a reduced rate at $200.00 plus camper rental and waive the restroom fee. Motion by Rick Knott to rent it at a
reduced rate for $200.00 and waive the restroom fee. Second by Percifield Carried
• Louie reported rentals Feb 5th 4-H shooting contest, Feb 27th Don Peterson, March 11th Ag Society Fish Fry, March 28th Sears Training

7. Old Business Elected Rick Knott as Chairman of a committee for the 75th year anniversary, Additional members Matt Simmons, Dave Finney, Dave Stoecklein, & Rich Jansen.
Vision Board Members to meet Wednesday Jan 26th at 7 pm at the Fair Grounds Office.

8. New Business
• Approval of 2011 Fair Contracts. Nebraska Garden Tractor Pullers Association $900.00. Hazard Enforcer Pulling Team $2775.00. Motion by Nolte to approve the contracts Second by Simmons Carried
• Report from NAFM Convention. Present were Rich Jansen, Jim Jansen, Scott Heitman, Dave Finney, Rick Knott, Dave Stoecklein, Chad Nolte, Chad Heinert, Matt Sedlacek

9. 4-H Report Vern reported everything is moving along fine.
