  1. Roll Call; Called to Order by President Rich Jansen @ 6:30pm. Present were R. Jansen, M. Sedlacek, C. Heinert, R. Knott, D. Finney, J. Jansen, D. Stoecklein, M. Simmons, C. Nolte, John Hilwig Excused absent were J. Smisek & Stewart Marker.
  2. Proof of Publication; Presented by Chad Heitman
  3. Public meeting notice & proof of public Meeting Laws; Noted by R. Jansen are available and posted on the Fair Office wall.
  4. Approval of Minutes of November 28th, 2011 meeting; Motion by D. Finney to approve the November meeting minutes; second by J. Jansen. Motion Carried.
  5. Treasures Report and approval of payment of bills; D. Finney added late entry to bills of $67.95 to K&K House of Trophies and asked for approval to pay Jerzee’s. Motion by C. Nolte to accept the treasures report and pay the bills; second by D. Stoecklein. Motion Carried. Report attached.
  6. Property Managers Report; No report, Louie was absent.
  7. Old Business; No old business.

    1. Approval of 2012 Fair Contracts; Submitted were Cowboy Up Band & McKays Rodeo. Motion to Approve the contracts by C. Heinert; second by D. Finney.
    2. Set Fish Fry Date; date set for February 24th, 2012 and to be held in the 4-H Building.
    3. Appoint Officers, Committee Chairs & Members; Motion made to table the appointment of Committee Chairs and members and move to the January meeting by D. Finney; second by D. Stoecklein. Motion carried.

  1. 4 – H Report; Vernon Waldren reported things are on schedule for 2012.
  2. Communication with the Public; Plaques were presented for their service on the Fair Board and the Ag Society to Jim Percifield (9 years) & Scott Heitman (6 years).
  3. Adjourn; Motion to adjourn by J. Jansen at 7:30pm; second by C. Nolte. Motion Carried.
