    1. Motion by Percifield Second by Timm to approve May minutes

Percifield reviewed checks.  Motion by Timm to Second by Percifield to pay current bills and pay all bills associated with the fair.

    2. All Deposits need to be put in the bank.
    3. Motion by Percifield Second by Simmons to reimburse Lendenback/Aschtgen for cleaning that was not done from Springfield Days CARRIED

    1. Open Class Air Conditioning

                                                               i.      Discussed insulating before installing Air Conditioning

    1. Approve or adopt the county EEOC policies for the Insurance policy
      Motion by Zeeb Second by Nolte to adopt the Sarpy County EEOC and Anti Harassment Policy



 

  1. New Business
    1. Approval of 2008 Fair Contracts

                                                               i.      DJ Kidnapper Karaoke for $250.00.  Motion by Simmons second by Zeeb to approve.  CARRIED

                                                             ii.      Trustees will start July 7th. (Zeeb)

                                                            iii.      Food Vendors are sold out. (Zeeb)

 

Motion by Zeeb second by Percifield to meet July 21st @ 7PM.  CARRIED

Zeeb noted that we voted against the State Fair moving their date to the same date as the Sarpy Fair.  Over 40 county fairs would be affected.

  1. Communication from the public
    1. Mary Ann Jansen sent a letter to Gretna Days we the Fair would have a float.

 

  1. 4-H Report
    1. Monte reported the panels worked great for the goat show.

 

Motion by Nolte Second by Simmons to go into executive session.

Motion by Simmons second.Radke to go out of executive session.
