4. Dennis Gosch with Springfield Louisville Insurance Agency Motion by Zeeb Second by Finney to approve DNO insurance policy for $744.00.  CARRIED

1. Approve Lease/Purchase Agreement with the City of Springfield. Motion by Nolte Second by Zeeb to have the executive committee finalize the lease. CARRIED
