HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I, ________________________________ for myself, my heirs, and assigns, agree to indemnify and

hold harmless the SARPY COUNTY AGRICULTURE SOCIETY, its agents, officers, directors,

and employers from and against all claims, damages, loses, and expenses, including any reasonable

attorney fees, in the event of any bodily injury sustained to me.

I hereby acknowledge that I know and realize that risks and danger does exist, may be unanticipated

and unexpected as well, I assume all risks of injury to my person that may occur.

I have read and understand the foregoing release and hold harmless agreement.
